In the novel " Walk Two Moons"
by, sharon Creech, a girl travels to see her mother. She was young when her mother first left, and has taken a trip
with her grandparents. On the way to Idaho, where her mother is, she tells a story about her friend Pheobe. Near the
end of the book Salamanca lost two loves. After she over comes the pain, she carries on with her life and wishes she had met
her mother before she past.
